Mumbai: Employees of the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) are set to receive a significant boost in their salaries and benefits after the organisation reached a new four-year wage settlement with the Akhil Bharatiya Kamgar Karmachari Sangh.

Those representing NCPA included its chairman Santook, director Freddy Talathi, technical director Kale and human resources general manager Vincent D’Souza. Representatives of the workers’ organisation included general secretary Sai Sate and vice-president Prashant Vartak, among others.
