The Supreme Court of India on Friday urged the family members of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur not to intensify the ongoing property and inheritance dispute, reminding all parties that wealth and possessions are temporary in life.
During the hearing, the apex court observed that “we all come with empty hands and go with empty hands,” while advising the relatives to resolve the matter amicably instead of prolonging bitter legal battles.
