Allpets – Clinic & Beyond (24/7) has opened its second veterinary clinic in Hyderabad, this time in Nallagandla, marking the next stage of its expansion across South India. The new facility was inaugurated on September 24, 2026, with actor Sushanth A attending as chief guest.
🐾 What’s new?
The new Nallagandla facility is a 1,200-square-foot veterinary centre offering:
- Veterinary consultations
- Preventive healthcare and vaccinations
- Diagnostics
- Treatment and surgery
- Pharmacy
- Emergency services
- Specialised pet-care services
The clinic is intended to serve pet-owning communities in Nallagandla and nearby residential areas, reducing the need for pet parents to travel across Hyderabad for veterinary care.
🚀 But the bigger announcement is the expansion
Allpets says the Nallagandla opening is only the beginning. The company plans to establish 10 additional veterinary clinics across South India over the next 12 months.
The expansion follows the launch of its larger “Clinic & Beyond” facility in Banjara Hills earlier in 2026. That centre combines veterinary treatment with diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation, grooming and boarding services.
📈 From one clinic to a network
Allpets says it has already served more than 15,000 pet parents, conducted over 57,000 consultations and performed around 1,000 surgeries. Its founders say the next phase is focused on creating a standardised veterinary network across South India, with a longer-term ambition of expanding nationally.
In short: Allpets isn’t just opening another Hyderabad clinic—it is using Nallagandla as the launch point for an ambitious South India veterinary-care expansion, with 10 more facilities planned within a year.
